Clarifications: We operate under the assumption that all original works are the intellectual property of their authors.
Voluntarily offering a script for review precludes that the author will allow the MOH to make sufficient copies in order to produce
two performances in the following fall. No royalties will be paid, nor will the MOH incur any other financial obligations. Scripts
not used will be destroyed.
All scripts will become property of the Morgan Opera House. We do not intend to make any copyright claims to any script
submitted for consideration. Upon your written request to have the material returned, we will package the material, ask for mailing
cost, apprise you of the cost, and will return the script upon receipt of your check or money order.
The MOH prefers to work directly with the author regarding production details, agents notwithstanding.
